DOCUMENTS AND PRINTING

Export documents and Zebra labels

Prepare repeatable documents and stickers without retyping every shipment detail.

WHAT IT DOES

Built for the way the work actually happens.

Exporters often need different label layouts for products, source batches and cartons, as well as different formats for packing lists and dispatch notes. Boosted One provides configurable templates based on the records already held in the platform.

WORKFLOW

How this works in practice

A practical sequence your team can follow, with each stage connected to the relevant business record.

STEP 01

Set up the template

Choose document or Zebra label format, dimensions and which approved fields should appear.

STEP 02

Select the right identity

Pick a product, source-batch or carton QR identity as appropriate for the label and contents.

STEP 03

Generate from actual records

Create the packing document or label from the relevant product, carton or shipment.

STEP 04

Retain the issued version

Review template versions and generation history rather than losing track of the exact output used.

CAPABILITIES

What your business can manage

More than buttons on a screen. These are the operational records and controls that make the feature useful from one day to the next.

01

Packing lists and dispatch notes

Produce PDF and HTML export documents with configurable columns and shipping details, including flight and airway-bill references.

02

Zebra label outputs

Create ZPL layouts with selected text fields, Code 128 barcodes and optional product, batch or carton QR codes.

03

Generation history

The system records immutable generated ZPL snapshots and their associated template versions for later review.

04

Print workstation integration

An authenticated print-agent workflow can queue prepared files to configured local print stations. Physical printer output still needs verification by the operator.

A PRACTICAL EXAMPLE

One warehouse, different customer requirements

One buyer requests carton QR codes on the stickers, while another requests Code 128 barcodes and a more detailed packing list. Staff can work with separate templates without abandoning the product and shipment records they already captured.

Important: Drag-and-drop logo design, direct hardware calibration and government-issued certificates are not presented as live standard functionality. Actual Zebra printing depends on configured equipment.
